A reputable family office is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with previous QuickBooks experience to provide support to their office.

Ideally you will be available for 15 hours over 3 days to provide administrative support. Flexible hours can be considered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately updating and maintaining files 

  • Inputting payments 

  • Sorting post 

  • Performing reconciliations  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous QuickBooks experience 

  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage 

  • Ability to work independently using own initiative 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Good attention to detail
