Being part of a proactive and agile workforce, you will provide support and assistance to the regulatory reporting team in the provision of a first-class depository administration service to the clients. You will provide high quality guidance, recording and reporting on current regulations and tax requirements affecting all clients administered.
Responsibilities will include:
Performing monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations
Ensuring any new business is taken on in an efficient and timely manner and in accordance with new client checklists and procedures
Performing significant transaction testing
Maintaining tax compliance data for entities and clients and assisting with reporting as required
Undertaking entity pre-registration with local tax authorities and on portals
Experience and skills required:
Good technical knowledge with an understanding of local fund/company and trust law and regulations
Hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP
Confident using excel
Committed to continuing professional education
Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)
