Being part of a proactive and agile workforce, you will provide support and assistance to the regulatory reporting team in the provision of a first-class depository administration service to the clients. You will provide high quality guidance, recording and reporting on current regulations and tax requirements affecting all clients administered.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Performing monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations 

  • Ensuring any new business is taken on in an efficient and timely manner and in accordance with new client checklists and procedures 

  • Performing significant transaction testing 

  • Maintaining tax compliance data for entities and clients and assisting with reporting as required 

  • Undertaking entity pre-registration with local tax authorities and on portals  

Experience and skills required:

  • Good technical knowledge with an understanding of local fund/company and trust law and regulations

  • Hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP 

  • Confident using excel 

  • Committed to continuing professional education

  • Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)
