An excellent opportunity for a strong administrator to join an entrepreneurial fiduciary group.
Within this varied role you will provide marketing, front of house and facilities support to the team, ensuring a professional and friendly service is provided at all times.
Responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls
Signing for deliveries, managing courier requirements and distributing post
Preparing documents and setting up meeting rooms
Monitoring stationary supply levels
Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, liaising with third party suppliers as required
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment
Confident Microsoft office user
Ability to respond to changing priorities
Proactive and highly resourceful
Good organisational and listening skills
