An excellent opportunity for a strong administrator to join an entrepreneurial fiduciary group.

Within this varied role you will provide marketing, front of house and facilities support to the team, ensuring a professional and friendly service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls

  • Signing for deliveries, managing courier requirements and distributing post

  • Preparing documents and setting up meeting rooms

  • Monitoring stationary supply levels

  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, liaising with third party suppliers as required

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment

  • Confident Microsoft office user

  • Ability to respond to changing priorities

  • Proactive and highly resourceful

  • Good organisational and listening skills
