A leading independent offshore bank and trust company is currently seeking a strong administrator to provide support to their Executive Committee.

As an Administration Assistant you will use your time management skills to provide a high quality, efficient administrative support to various departments and also provide cover for colleagues when necessary.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing diaries​

  • Preparing for meetings​, booking rooms and typing up minutes

  • Coordinating business travel and schedules​

  • Providing cover for other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants ​

  • Assisting in coordinating in-house presentations​

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills​

  • Strong administrative and secretarial skills​

  • ​Good time management and organisational skills

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail​

  • Confident using Microsoft Office​
