A leading independent offshore bank and trust company is currently seeking a strong administrator to provide support to their Executive Committee.
As an Administration Assistant you will use your time management skills to provide a high quality, efficient administrative support to various departments and also provide cover for colleagues when necessary.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing for meetings, booking rooms and typing up minutes
Coordinating business travel and schedules
Providing cover for other Administrative Assistants and Executive Assistants
Assisting in coordinating in-house presentations
Experience and skills required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong administrative and secretarial skills
Good time management and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office
