Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client interactions 

  • Organising in-house and external meetings

  • Preparing correspondence

  • Printing and producing court bundles, when necessary  

  • Preparing invoices and following up payments with clients 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ previous administration experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment

  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload 

  • Ability to work well within a team 

  • Strong attention to detail
