This is a full-time role, however flexibility can be considered in terms of hybrid working/working from home.
Responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices, payments and staff expenses
Managing payment ledgers and the asset and IP register
Performing bank reconciliations
Managing external payroll and pension providers
Monitoring the general finance team inbox
Preparing finance reports for stakeholders
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ accounts payable experience
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and OCR software management
Excellent time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
