If you have previous accounts payable experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are looking for a commercial opportunity, this could be the opportunity for you!

This is a full-time role, however flexibility can be considered in terms of hybrid working/working from home.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing invoices, payments and staff expenses

  • Managing payment ledgers and the asset and IP register

  • Performing bank reconciliations  

  • Managing external payroll and pension providers

  • Monitoring the general finance team inbox 

  • Preparing finance reports for stakeholders

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ accounts payable experience 

  • Knowledge of accounts payable processes and OCR software management 

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
