Joining the custody solutions teams, you will provide tailored solutions to an international client base, ensuring client needs are met and look for ways to create value.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual with the ability to prioritise and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, whilst delivering a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Tracking client queries and resolutions

  • Assisting with the placement of trusts, hedge funds and alternative investment transactions

  • Overseeing settlements ​

  • Preparing reports

  • Working collaboratively with other departments to provide a quality service​

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous banking operations experience essential and ideally securities experience​

  • ​Excellent client service and administration experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills​

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills​

  • Willing to undertake study towards a professional securities qualification​
