Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day to day corporate accounting duties
Preparing corporate accounting files
Attending and preparing for board meetings and presenting quarterly financial statements
Ensuring all M&A and client deadlines are met
Preparing investor reporting and also quarterly financial statements to UK GAAP and/or IFRS
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience
Either a qualified accounting technician or part qualified ACCA
Good technical understanding of IFRS and UK GAAP
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and using own initiative
