As part of a dynamic and collaborative custody solutions team, you will grow strategic client relationships and ensure a quality service is provided at all times to help achieve this company’s aim of being clients’ custodian of choice.
Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all client records are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements
Monitoring and reviewing the daily service administration tasks for each client
Tracking the resolution of client queries
Assisting with payments and settlements
Liaising with clients to provide solutions, ensuring a quality service is provided at all times
Experience and skills required:
Previous banking/securities experience
Proven client service/administration experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Willingness to undertake a relevant professional securities qualification would be an advantage
