As part of a dynamic and collaborative custody solutions team, you will grow strategic client relationships and ensure a quality service is provided at all times to help achieve this company’s aim of being clients’ custodian of choice.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all client records are accurately maintained and updated in accordance with regulatory requirements 

  • Monitoring and reviewing the daily service administration tasks for each client 

  • Tracking the resolution of client queries 

  • Assisting with payments and settlements 

  • Liaising with clients to provide solutions, ensuring a quality service is provided at all times 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous banking/securities experience 

  • Proven client service/administration experience 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills 

  • Willingness to undertake a relevant professional securities qualification would be an advantage
