Work collaboratively and effectively in the custody, fund dealing and banking team in this client-facing role, servicing clients who have custody and cash accounts with this global bank.

Responsibilities will include:
Responding to queries from clients, including investigating and resolving any dealing challenges
Working with clients, transfer agents and the wider company network to review services and identify ways of enhancing service delivery
Acting as a point of escalation for clients
Assisting with risk assessments
Supporting the sales and onboarding process
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience of banking, custody and funds dealing
Either hold or currently working towards Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment unit 2
Good awareness of the compliance and regulatory environment
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
