Play a key role in the retention and ongoing support of corporate clients in this exciting client-facing opportunity. In addition to ensuring client needs are met in regards to pricing, service levels and claims issues, you will also support the acquisition of new corporate clients.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing the renewal process for a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring client needs are met
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
Generating and converting new business opportunities, working to set targets
Regularly reporting on individual/team performance
Accurately providing advice and promoting the company brand as a leading advisor in the industry
Keeping up to date with any relevant regulatory changes
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but is not essential
Confident communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
