Rowlands Recruitment, has remodeled and strengthened its company structure by promoting three team members into leadership positions to meet the evolving demands of the local employment market.
Georgina Moehle (nee Mills) has been promoted to Client Services Manager, Claudia Sutton to Brand Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant and Jennifer Littlemore has been appointed Operations Manager.
Georgina, who has a BSc in Psychology and holds a qualification in Counselling, joined Rowlands in September 2012. Whilst continuing to be actively involved in recruitment and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, Georgina will also oversee the Client Services element of the business; communicating with business partners, monitoring internal performance measures to further develop and enhance the client service while providing leadership to the Recruitment team.
Claudia, who has a MA in Spanish and English Literature, joined Rowlands in 2013 and has progressed into a dual marketing and recruitment role. Claudia is responsible for managing the analysis, development and application of the Rowlands Group brand and marketing strategy, as well as providing recruitment services to both clients and candidates, locally and overseas.
Jennifer, who has a BSc in Psychology, joined Rowlands in 2015 having spent 12 years working in London. With extensive PA and Executive support experience, Jennifer has been appointed to manage the administration team and oversee the smooth running of the business’ day to day activities on a larger scale.
