A great temporary role within a commercial department between 2nd November and 19th November 2018. Candidates must also be available for training on the 31st October 2018.
- Taking/conveying all incoming telephone calls
- Carrying out filing, photocopying and scanning of important documentation
- Opening and closing files
- Managing appointments/diaries for the team
- Completing letters as requested
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- 2+ years' office administration/secretarial experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word/Excel)
