Temporary Helpdesk Support Officer
An international bank is currently seeking someone with administration skills to participate in an ongoing project on the banking helpdesk. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a technical based role, providing administration, analytical and support as part of a wider team. This role is available for a duration of 4 - 12 months.
Tasks will include:
- Inputting data and collating information from clients
- Activating smart cards and readers
- Analysing and escalating any issues which arise
- Answering corporate customer queries
Skills and expertise required:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong focus on customer service
- Team player
- Enthusiastic and excellent time management skills
