We are currently seeking a motivated individual with previous office experience, to provide a high level of administrative support to an established team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing payment instructions
- Arranging flights, accommodation and transfers
- Scheduling meetings and drafting minutes
- Providing support to senior staff with their client portfolios
Experience and skills required:
- A basic understanding of offshore finance industry and regulatory requirements
- Good attention to detail
- Team player
