Operations Systems Co-ordinator
Reporting to the Operational Performance Manager, you will assist with the day-to-day administration of all software and data. Full training on systems will be provided.
Principal duties will include:
- Performing a key role in any projects relating to optimising or integrating core operational systems
- Ensuring data held on systems is accurate and kept up to date
- Building good working relationships with suppliers
- Identifying and resolving any system issues
Skills and expertise required:
- Some understanding of the project management lifecycle
- Good numeracy, analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Routesmart, APMS & PAF processes would be an advantage, however full training will be provided
- Excellent IT skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines
