Service Desk Support

Joining this global technology company, you will assist with the day-to-day technical support of the company’s clients, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the hosted services support team to monitor and respond to 1st line customer queries and incidents
  • Participating in 2nd line troubleshooting
  • Participating in customer project work and new business migrations

Experience and skills required:

  • Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification
  • 2 years’ experience in an IT background would be an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
