Service Desk Support
Joining this global technology company, you will assist with the day-to-day technical support of the company’s clients, ensuring the highest levels of service are provided.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with the hosted services support team to monitor and respond to 1st line customer queries and incidents
- Participating in 2nd line troubleshooting
- Participating in customer project work and new business migrations
Experience and skills required:
- Ideally hold a relevant professional qualification
- 2 years’ experience in an IT background would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
