    Service Desk Analyst

    Within this role you will support the various production functions, systems and services which provide support to IT teams to ensure the efficient running of the IT service across multiple jurisdictions.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Act as a first point of contact to the business on behalf of IT on all technology related issues
    • Carrying out 1st to 2nd line troubleshooting support
    • Log and respond to incident tickets and escalate unresolved tickets to the 2nd line support team
    • Assist with the implementation of IT projects

    Requirements for the role:

    • Confident using Microsoft service products
    • ITIL Foundation certified
    • Good understanding of Citrix
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
