    Service Desk Analyst

    Exciting new opportunity to join the IT team in an established provider of professional services. Within this role you will be providing multi-jurisdictional 1st line support.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Being the first point of contact for all support or service calls
    • Providing support and set up for presentations and conferences both on and off site
    • Ensuring the Technical Manager is notified of any on-going faults and training-related support calls
    • Escalating calls where necessary

    • Previous experience in a similar role
