Service Desk Analyst
Exciting new opportunity to join the IT team in an established provider of professional services. Within this role you will be providing multi-jurisdictional 1st line support.
- Being the first point of contact for all support or service calls
- Providing support and set up for presentations and conferences both on and off site
- Ensuring the Technical Manager is notified of any on-going faults and training-related support calls
- Escalating calls where necessary
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and customer skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional study
