An exciting and challenging role, within a leading Investor Services group, combining global expertise and client service delivery, where every day is a new challenge.
You will provide a high quality administration service to the business and help achieve the department’s objectives in relation to service standards, compliance, administration and risk management. You'll need to be a team player at heart, have great IT skills, an eye for detail and be very organised so you are able to prioritise your day. Strong communication skills are also a must to help us increase productivity, efficiencies and deliver the highest level of client service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing high quality administration to the business
- Helping to achieve department’s objectives in relation to service standards, compliance, administration and risk management
- Company Secretarial support of specific client transactions
- Operational Support, such as regulatory and legislative projects
Experience and skills required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services sector
- Relevant Professional Qualification is preferable
- Good knowledge and experience of offshore financial services and underlying product and service rationales, and technologies
- Excellent IT skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
