A varied role covering maternity leave for approximately 6-8 months. Flexible working patterns can be offered for this role for early start/early finishes. A fantastic short term opportunity for an individual with Trust, Banking or Finance experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clerical support to the whole team
- Liaising with external office suppliers
- Following checklists for daily, weekly and monthly core tasks
- Preparing daily FX instructions and updating FX dealing databases
- Producing Company Secretarial documentation
Experience and skills required:
- Experience in Treasury and / or Financial Controllership would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to produce reports
