    Senior Administrator

    A varied role covering maternity leave for approximately 6-8 months. Flexible working patterns can be offered for this role for early start/early finishes. A fantastic short term opportunity for an individual with Trust, Banking or Finance experience.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing clerical support to the whole team
    • Liaising with external office suppliers
    • Following checklists for daily, weekly and monthly core tasks
    • Preparing daily FX instructions and updating FX dealing databases
    • Producing Company Secretarial documentation

    Experience and skills required:

    • Experience in Treasury and / or Financial Controllership would be advantageous
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
    • Competent in Microsoft Office with the ability to produce reports
