Join a well-established, independently owned fiduciary business and be responsible for ensuring all end-user support is carried out effectively and robust systems and infrastructure are fit for purpose.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision providing 1st and 2nd line support to customers.
An opportunity to develop within a fast moving IT environment, assisting team leaders on a day-to-day basis with 1st line support queries.
A shift based role from 8am to 10pm on rotation working with customers to offer an excellent support service.
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will corroborate with the entire IT department in order to provide support and suggest resolution to all end-user issues.
Providing support for all office hardware and standard software, you will be a primary point of contact for all staff within a leading provider of expert administrative services.
Fantastic opportunity for a technically minded individual to provide first level technical support within a dynamic legal institution. Extensive training will be provided as part of this role.
Reporting to the service desk analyst team leader, you will provide end-user service desk support to issues via phone calls and e-mails.
