    Payments Clerk

    Joining the Banking and Treasury team in an independent trust and corporate services provider, you will payments support. Previous office administration would be an advantage, however is not essential

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Assisting with routine client and bank queries and correspondence
    • Maintaining the team’s office diary
    • Accurate daily time recording
    • Preparing bank payments, raising cheques and monitoring actions
    • Reconciling payments on a daily basis
    • Maintaining the banking platforms

    Experience and skills required:

    • Confident using Word, Outlook and Excel
    • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work using own initiative
    • Good organisational skills
    • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to tasks
