Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) Manager
Joining this Global firm, you will be responsible for a varied portfolio of employee benefit structures. You will focus on achieving excellence for the Share Plan team and their clients, providing the team with managerial and technical support.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of client reward structures
- Managing key client and intermediary relationships
- Assisting Directors in supervising staff within the team, such as mentoring and recruitment
- Providing operational support for onboarding new structures
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Hold or studying towards a professional qualification, such as ICSA or STEP
- Strong technical background in trust structures, including employee benefit trusts
- Strong people management skills
