Working with Managing Directors of Guernsey, Jersey and the UK, and the Global Operations Director you will support the development and maintenance of a global framework for client entity reporting, in addition to ensuring that various regulatory reporting obligations are met.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing client entity reporting requirements and managing the annual cycle of client entity reporting across Jersey, Guernsey and the UK

  • Being the business owner of policies and procedures relating to client entity reporting and ensuring alignment across the business between support teams

  • Managing the technology and reporting framework for client entity reporting

  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes

  • Providing training on FATCA, CRS and MDR

  • Managing system upgrades and related testing alongside IT and operations teams

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting or trust and company environment, with experience of various international regulatory and tax reporting requirements

  • Educated to degree level or hold a relevant accounting or governance qualification

  • Flexible and proactive approach to problem solving

  • Ability to apply IT to solve business problems

  • Good personal management skills and a proven record of seeing tasks through to completion
