Working with Managing Directors of Guernsey, Jersey and the UK, and the Global Operations Director you will support the development and maintenance of a global framework for client entity reporting, in addition to ensuring that various regulatory reporting obligations are met.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing client entity reporting requirements and managing the annual cycle of client entity reporting across Jersey, Guernsey and the UK
Being the business owner of policies and procedures relating to client entity reporting and ensuring alignment across the business between support teams
Managing the technology and reporting framework for client entity reporting
Keeping up to date with any regulatory changes
Providing training on FATCA, CRS and MDR
Managing system upgrades and related testing alongside IT and operations teams
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting or trust and company environment, with experience of various international regulatory and tax reporting requirements
Educated to degree level or hold a relevant accounting or governance qualification
Flexible and proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to apply IT to solve business problems
Good personal management skills and a proven record of seeing tasks through to completion
