Junior Company and Trust Administrator

Within this role you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Trust Officers and senior staff with the administration of a varied portfolio of trusts and companies.
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide support and assistance with the administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies
- Review investment portfolios of trusts and companies
- Prepare basic trust resolutions and company minutes as required
- Liaise with investment brokers, investment managers and intermediaries
- Undertake general office duties
Experience and skills required:
- Willingness to study towards professional qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to tasks
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team and using own initiative
