IT Support Services Manager
As Global IT Service Support Manager you will assist in executing the long-term support strategies by coordinating the effective delivery of 24/7 support globally for the group.
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience managing a global service desk
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Director, server virtulisation, service desk platforms and Mitel telephony infrastructure and design
- Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and solutions in a way which is easy to understand
- Team player
