    IT Support Services Manager

    As Global IT Service Support Manager you will assist in executing the long-term support strategies by coordinating the effective delivery of 24/7 support globally for the group.

    Experience and skills required:

    • Previous experience managing a global service desk
    • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
    • Good understanding of Microsoft Active Director, server virtulisation, service desk platforms and Mitel telephony infrastructure and design
    • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas and solutions in a way which is easy to understand
    • Team player
