HR Manager | Contract
An exciting and varied job within a friendly HR team in a commercial organisation. Flexibility with hours will be considered.
In this role you will have the opportunity to proactively implement strategic business planning and support the modernisation, engagement, performance and success of the organisation, making a significant contribution to the development of HR strategy, initiatives and policy development.
Providing a professional HR business partnering service to designated departments in order to ensure they adopt good HR practice in the management of their employees and that the service provided makes a positive impact on the delivery of business objectives.
If you are a compassionate and enthusiastic HR professional with experience of change management, HR business partnering, restructuring and a practical and positive attitude, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Working with Managers to deliver a professional HR service based on a business partnering relationship
- Coaching Managers in job analysis, recruitment and retention, absence management, performance management and case management
- Working with the senior management team to support the delivery of their operational business plan, whilst also aligning with a set of generic HR deliverables
Experience and skills required:
- Hold a relevant qualification
- Proven HR experience
- Experience in writing HR policies
- Strong communication skills
