    Head of Human Resources

    Our client, a highly regarded fund and corporate administration business is offering a unique opportunity for a qualified and experienced HR Professional to join their senior management team.

    Based in London or Jersey, with responsibility across multiple jurisdictions, this role involves working in close collaboration with members of the senior management team, contributing to the overall business strategy and providing strategic and operational HR support to all areas. Main responsibilities will include Planning and Development of people related strategies, Talent Attraction and Employee Engagement whilst ensuring the business remains at the forefront for gender equality, diversity and long term retention.

    The role holder will be leading the development of a top class HR function and will be responsible for promoting best practice in all areas; challenging the status quo and encouraging innovative practice where appropriate. This is a key role in a professional, fast paced environment and would best suit a career minded individual who is degree qualified (minimum 2:1) holds formal HR qualifications (level 5 or higher) and can demonstrate excellent potential to achieve business wide objectives. Our client is seeking a high achiever with a genuine interest in people and business who would thrive as part of a talented, motivated team.
