Head of Client Compliance
An excellent opportunity to head up the client compliance function of a growing, global financial services provider. This organisation sits within a wider group who are proudly named as one of the world’s largest independent fund administration providers. As Head of Client Compliance, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients have a comprehensive and effective system to monitor and report on matters relating to compliance, internal risk, regulation, legislation and control.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the regulatory and compliance strategy for the business and client entities
- Leading the JFSC relationship in partnership with senior management
- Leading the Jersey client compliance team
- Overseeing preparation and reviewing of business risk assessments
Experience and skills required:
- Hold a recognised compliance qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Compliance Officer of a regulated financial services business
- Experience and/or knowledge of the regulation of fund services business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
