Finance Operations Assistant
A fantastic role working as part of the finance function. In this role, you will have day-to-day responsibility of accounts payable solutions including the processing of accounts payable across all business entities ensuring policies, procedures and controls are in place and adhered to.
- Reconciling bank accounts in accordance with the relevant jurisdictional law
- Processing and recording office and client receipts and payments
- Responding to queries and resolving queries within 48 hours
- Working collaboratively and developing working relationships with finance functions across the business
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience of working in a finance operations team is preferred
- High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
