    Filing Administrator

    You will hold a sound knowledge of due diligence and have experience working in an administrative role within the finance sector.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Filing and scanning all original due diligence and uploading to database
    • Updating and maintaining the filing index for current files
    • Assisting with the resolution of queries
    • Escalating issues to the Manager/Divisional Head as appropriate

    Key skills and expertise:

    • Experience working in a professional environment
    • Previous experience filing or working with statutory data
    • Organised and excellent attention to detail
