Assistant Administrator | Family Office

Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with administering a portfolio of families
- Act as point of contact in client relationships, including participation in client meetings
- Process payment requests in a timely manner
- Prepare minutes and other meeting documents
- General administration support as required by the team
Experience and skills required:
- Educated to A level or degree
- Willing to work towards a professional qualification
- Trust experience is not essential however previous office experience would be preferable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
