Document Management Assistant
Joining the operations team for this financial services client, you will have some experience in a similar role.
- Day-to-day business and CDD filing and scanning, including e-files
- Bookkeeping filing and scanning into entity files
- Assisting with making up new files, closing and archiving of files
- Assisting with ad-hoc data administration and scanning for the business as required
- Assisting with reception cover as required
- Experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a methodical and organised manner
