Customer Service Representative (6 Month Contract)
A reputable telecommunications provider is currently seeking a proactive individual with previous customer services experience to join their team. Within this role you will provide Call Centre support investigating and resolving fixed line faults, escalating to engineers where necessary.
Key skills and expertise required:
- Confident using computer systems
- Attention to detail and ability to record information accurately
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to engage with people and build positive working relationships
