Customer Service Officer | Audit
A fantastic new role for an individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks, to temporarily join a global bank. As a Customer Service Officer you will play a significant role in delivering an outstanding Customer Service to Corporate Business Customers and ensuring audits are delivered in a timely manner.
- Answering and promptly resolving customer queries
- Ensuring operational and compliance regulations are adhered to at all times
- Complying with professional and courtesy standards at all times
- Working as part of a team to ensure a quality customer service is delivered
What we’re looking for:
- Ideally will hold previous customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to tasks
- A strong desire and capability to deliver a high standard of customer service
