Compensation and Benefits Manager
Our client, a leading global provider of fund, corporate and private wealth services is looking for an experienced individual to join their human resources team. As Compensation and Benefits Manager you will be the lead on payroll, compensation and benefit services. Acting as a key contact for employees across all jurisdictions, the successful candidate will have knowledge of multi-jurisdictional payroll, compensation and benefit requirements.
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to employees and senior executives
- Knowledge of the provision and administration of Employee Share Schemes
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong analytical skills
