    Client Relationship Manager

    As an expert in fund administration you will join this growing international provider of alternative fund and corporate services in administering a varied portfolio of fund structures with a focus on company secretarial and governance matters.

    Main duties:

    • Coordinating all company secretarial matters, including arranging, attending and preparing minutes and papaers for Board meetings
    • Responsibility for various investment matters, including corporate actions, dividend declarations, fund extensions, acquisitions and disposals
    • Coordinating legal, tax and other professional advice as required, liaising with the Board of the Investment Manager
    • Maintaining and developing operations and procedures manual and maintenance of accurate statutory records and registers of a variety of corporate entities
    • Assisting with billing information for clients and maintaining statutory records and registers
    • Acting as a super user and validator for company systems including new user queries
    • Acting as higher authority and B level 4-eyes signatory
    • Supervising and assisting in the training and development of staff

    Skills, knowledge and expertise required:

    • Significant fund administration experience supported by a relevant professional qualification
    • Sound technical financial services knowledge
    • Significant people management experience
    • Evidence of full responsibility for a client relationship or significant part of a major client relationship
