An multi-award winning fiduciary business are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their dynamic and driven team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
In this role you will support their bookkeeping and accounts team and be responsible for the completion of bank, investment and property bookkeeping as well as relevant control reconciliations. This role would be ideal for a dynamic individual who has experience in bookkeeping and can demonstrate an enthusiastic, confident and professional manner in the workplace.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the time completion of accurate bookkeeping
Completing a portfolio of bank, investment and property bookkeeping
Performing reconciliations
Assisting the trust administration team with queries and preparing accurate trial balances
Inputting payments on to the online systems
Experience and skills required:
Previous bookkeeping experience in a trust and company environment
Hold a relevant professional bookkeeping qualification such as AAT or CAT
Good understanding of online banking and accounting systems
Ability to work using own initiative and a logical approach to problem solving
Strong prioritisation and time management skills
