Call Centre Operator
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join their busy call centre starting 11th February 2019 until approximately June 2019. The successful candidate will be required to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week, and full training will be provided.
- Taking orders/processing payments
- Dealing with customer queries over the telephone efficiently
- Inputting postal orders
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Keyboard skills and a good telephone manner are essential
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent attention to detail
