Call Centre Agent | 12 Month Contract
If you have previous customer service experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we currently have a great opportunity for you to join a busy global technology business, offering a competitive salary.
Within this role you will:
- Investigate and resolved fixed line faults
- Escalate issues to engineers where necessary
- Ensure a quality customer service is delivered
- Have the opportunity to develop product knowledge and possible progression
Key skills and expertise required:
- Confidence using computer systems
- Ability to accurately record information
- Remain calm under pressure
- Ability to build positive working relationships
