    Assistant Manager | Private Equity | Contract (8 Months)

    Fantastic opportunity to join the private equity team of an independent fund, corporate and private client service organisation, providing fund administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and assisting the Manager with the management of the fund administration team.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Administering a portfolio of funds and other entities including more complex and/or high risk cases
    • Being the immediate point of contact in client relationships
    • Overseeing the maintenance of accounting records, preparation of annual accounts and the completion of tax returns
    • Managing the billing process and reviewing invoices
    • Acting as an authorised signatory
    • Maintaining a good understanding of local regulatory requirements
    • Assisting the manager with various aspects of team management, including annual staff appraisal process and overseeing the work of Administrators

    Experience and skills required:

    • Ideally minimum 7 years’ relevant funds/trust and company experience
    • Comprehensive understanding and strong technical knowledge of funds/trust administration and Jersey Company Law
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong time management and organisational skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
