Working directly with Directors in this small / medium sized company, this role offers great variety in supporting the fiduciary services division and wider group, with plenty of opportunities for you to contribute to better ways of working. This role will require regular interaction with staff and shareholders at all levels across the group, regulators, clients and third party service providers and advisors.
If you are a proactive, solution focused and self-sufficient individual with a bright personality this could be the ideal role for you.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage a varied portfolio of interesting clients
- Undertaking company incorporations and setting up on company systems
- Assisting in onboarding new clients and client entities including collection of correct due diligence
- Maintaining excellent client relationships through a high level of communication and interaction
Experience and skills required:
- Proven experience as an administrator in fiduciary services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to work as part of a growing business and make a real difference
