    Administrator | Operations & Accounting (3-6 month contract – View to permanent)

    Our client, is currently seeking a motivated individual with an analytical approach to tasks, to provide assistance to their Operations & Accounting team for 3-6 months in regards to Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting.

    Key duties:

    • Review of fees, commission payments and rebate calculations
    • Handling investor issues and resolutions
    • Preparing and submitting regulatory statistics
    • Providing support in dealing with Fund Accounting issues and exceptions
    • Overseeing Transfer Agency functions

    Key skills, experience and qualifications

    • Ideally 5 years’ experience minimum of working within financial services
    • Either hold or be currently working towards a relevant professional qualification
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Good communication and problem-solving skills
