Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with estate administration and ensuring the smooth running of various probate matters
Maintaining accurate records of funds received
Answering calls, taking messages and arranging appointments
Drafting letters to asset holders, estate beneficiaries and debtors
Attending meetings with clients, Directors and preparing minutes
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification
Ability to work well within a team
Excellent time management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
