Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with estate administration and ensuring the smooth running of various probate matters

  • Maintaining accurate records of funds received

  • Answering calls, taking messages and arranging appointments

  • Drafting letters to asset holders, estate beneficiaries and debtors

  • Attending meetings with clients, Directors and preparing minutes

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Either hold or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification

  • Ability to work well within a team

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
