In this role you will undertake a primary client relationship role with a number of significant clients including providing technical and managerial support to more junior staff. You will play an integral part in building long term, high quality relationships with clients, whilst gaining exposure to various areas of the business and contributing to the ongoing growth.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a quality service is delivered at all times, assisting with client queries and maintaining strong client relationships 

  • Travelling to meet existing and prospective clients and nurturing business relationships

  • Acting as a Director of managed companies

  • Keeping up to date with industry changes, identifying new business opportunities 

  • Acting as a ‘B’ signatory on bank accounts 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in fiduciary services, including minimum 3 years’ management experience 

  • Ideally be educated to degree level, or be a member of a relevant professional body 

  • Good technical knowledge of compliance issues and the regulatory framework

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills

  • A proven track record in client relationship management 

  • Ability to coach staff
