Work in a fast moving, collaborative and employee-led working environment, providing temporary maternity cover until the end of February 2022.

Joining the private client team within an international provider of financial services, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, supporting team members to achieve the organisation’s renowned high levels of service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures

  • Reviewing annual accounts on client portfolio and work with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is recorded

  • Liaising with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers

  • Drafting/preparing documents i.e., minutes/resolutions/small agreements, as and when appropriate

  • Attending client meetings

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive approach to tasks

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good organisational skills
