Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing trust deed provisions and requirements in relation to capital distributions, loans, and asset transactions 

  • Preparing and processing bank transfer instructions

  • Assisting with meetings and preparing minutes and resolutions 

  • Developing your knowledge of company and trust laws and regulatory requirements 

  • Accurately maintaining client records 

Experience and skills required:

  • Willing to study towards professional qualifications 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines
