Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing trust deed provisions and requirements in relation to capital distributions, loans, and asset transactions
Preparing and processing bank transfer instructions
Assisting with meetings and preparing minutes and resolutions
Developing your knowledge of company and trust laws and regulatory requirements
Accurately maintaining client records
Experience and skills required:
Willing to study towards professional qualifications
Strong time management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage deadlines
