Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with client administration matters and providing support to Senior Administrators
Attending meetings with clients and/or their advisers
Preparing board packs and drafting board meeting minutes
Assisting with client correspondence
With the support of more experienced team members, undertaking client transactions
Ensuring all due diligence information is collected from clients
Experience and skills required:
Educated to at least A Level standard or equivalent
Ability to work well within a team and using own initiative
Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
Good organisational and administrative skills
High level of accuracy and diplomacy
