This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a top ranking Jersey property team, providing assistance to Senior Conveyancers, whilst being supported to achieve your career aspirations.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and researching titles at the Jersey Public Registry
Carrying out property searches with government departments
Liaising with clients, agents and conveyancers from other firms
Drafting transaction documentation and correspondence
Attending court, as required
Experience and skills required:
Excellent academic background – educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work to a high degree of confidentiality
Flexible and enthusiastic approach to tasks
