This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a top ranking Jersey property team, providing assistance to Senior Conveyancers, whilst being supported to achieve your career aspirations.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and researching titles at the Jersey Public Registry 

  • Carrying out property searches with government departments 

  • Liaising with clients, agents and conveyancers from other firms

  • Drafting transaction documentation and correspondence 

  • Attending court, as required 

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent academic background – educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent) 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work to a high degree of confidentiality 

  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to tasks
